Culinary School Diary
This is my account of culinary school of how I see it, taste it, and develop as a chef through the whole two years. I was inspired by Michael Ruhlman's The Making of a Chef. Now, I have finished culinary school and am developing from a young culinarian to a seasoned cook.

I am doing a diary about my experience in Culinary school. I was born in Japan and raised in Ohio. Originally, I was going to major in music, but realized that I didn't have what I felt was needed to do that. So since I love cooking and always have since I was a little girl, I decided that cooking is my real passion. I've read many books about the industry and it fueled the fire even more.
